Amanda Mechenbier is the office manager and litigation paralegal at Kimball Injury Law, LLC, with more than a decade of legal experience. She has worked on complex cases involving medical malpractice, car accidents, nursing home negligence, construction defects, and product liability in both state and federal courts.
Amanda began her career at a medical malpractice defense firm, where she gained early trial experience and learned how high-level litigation is built from the ground up. She later worked for several respected firms, handling cases from the investigation stage all the way through litigation and trial preparation.
Over the years, Amanda has developed deep knowledge in reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing cases for depositions and mediation, working with expert witnesses, and organizing cases for trial. She is skilled at identifying both the strengths and challenges in a case and helping attorneys build strong, well-prepared files.
After moving to Colorado Springs, Amanda expanded her experience by learning Colorado court procedures and working on construction defect and contract matters before transitioning fully into plaintiff’s personal injury work.
Most recently, she served in a leadership role at a Colorado personal injury firm, where she helped oversee both pre-litigation and litigation cases. She also helped improve internal systems and processes to ensure cases moved forward smoothly and efficiently.
Amanda is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and steady leadership. Just as important, she truly cares about the people behind the cases. She understands that injured clients are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. She takes the time to answer questions, offer support, and guide clients through each step of the process.
